Arriving: The apartment is on the second floor. The stairs are just 7 meters ahead from the parking lot.
Keys: we have left the keys on the door. There is a key-box, if you want to use it we can give you the current code.
Stay
As informed in the Airbnb rules, it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment/balcony, nor to hold events in the appartment.
The 1st-bathroom lights are uncommon. Inside the bathroom there are two buttons: to turn the lights on please press the lower one.
In the kitchen drawers you'll find pans, tableware and cutlery, salt, sugar, among others.
There is a water sensor on the floor in the shower room. Please do not remove it. Thanks.
Check-out checklist:
Apartment key: just leave it on the door.
Waste sorting: Before leaving, please throw the trash in the correspondent bin in the front of the house. We will compost the biological waste, so you can leave it in the apartment.
Linens: We do not ask guests to remove their bed linens, but we appreciate it if they put them in the laundry basket in the bathroom. Thanks :-)

There are two refrigerators in the apartment. One is disconnected. If you need the extra fridge, feel free to connect it.
To turn on the heaters, press the small button in the back of the heater.
♻️ Waste sorting: There are 3 bins in the apartment for biological, restavfall and recyclable waste. The guests should cast the trash in the bins by the parking lot as follows:
restavfall: non recyclable waste
paper: clean paper
metal and glass
plastic bag beside the bins: plastic packaging
🚗 Parking: feel free to use the entire parking lot. Just avoid parking in the street in order to avoid accidents.
